COVID-19 Illustrations

Hello All,

We are still at home, and I’ve been more creative than ever. I’ve been using Autodesk Sketchbook a lot, and I’m really having fun with it. I’ve also figured out a way to sketch by hand and upload it into the Sketchbook app (I have to erase all of the background and save it as a .png). Anyway, here are the sketches that I created using Autodesk Sketchbook.

Of course, I will be creating more works of art. I will also be putting these in my gallery as well.

Showing Off My Creativity

Hello Everyone!

Here I am with another post of me showing off my creativity. I now have new 2nd job where I’m styling and redecorating rooms. It’s very fun, and very tedious. I’m really trying to get used to it, and I like it. It’s very different. Anyway, I’m still drawing and being creative as usual. I recently created a portrait for my cousin. This is the final product.

She loved it so much that I’m currently working on a second illustration for her. In addition, I have products on my store on Society 6 (https://society6.com/ashleylove). I’ve had this store for some years now, and I haven’t been promoting it like I should. Honestly, that’s where I lack as a creative person. I don’t promote myself like I should.

Anyway, I just wanted to show you my progress so far. Until I speak to you again.

New Things as well as YouTube Channel

Hello Everyone,

I notice that I always take a break to reflect, as well as do new things to showcase my artwork. I’ve been doing new thing. My Etsy page is up, and I have t-shirts with my artwork on them. I’m celebrating the beauty of the black woman, so I have illustrations showing the faces of beautiful black women in African attire. You can order here:

I’ve now also created a YouTube channel, Ashley D Love. I will be showing myself in action creating quick sketches and fashion illustrations. Here is the link for my YouTube channel:

I will be creating more things, so be on the lookout. Talk to you soon

Just Drawing

Hello again!

So, I've really been getting back to my creative side, and utilizing my drawing time on the Tracing app.  I must say that it feels good drawing on here.  I've created two illustrations.

1930s Black Glamour 2018

1930s Black Glamour 2018

I love glamour portraits and vintage pictures, and I always try to create them.  My next step is to create original fashion illustrations on here.  Besides drawing, I'm also a virtual stylist.  Just started a couple of days ago.   I will be showing you more illustrations from the Tracing app.

Until Next Time!

Lacey from Florida

Hello,

I created another custom fashion illustration.  This time, it was for my sorority sister in Florida.  I used to create artwork for my sorority, and she has always liked my artwork, so when I posted my last illustration on social media, she responded saying that she wanted me to create one for her.

So, after working on this illustration for a week, I have finally finished the final product.

She has already received it, and she loves it!  I hope you all love it too.  If you would like for me to create a custom fashion illustration, please contact me.  Thank you, and have a wonderful night.

Colorful Queen

Hello Again,

I've been quite busy.  I'm working to market myself more.  It had been quite some time since I had really sketched something.  After doing a sketch for my sister, I'm quite happy about it.  I want to introduce to you my new fully rendered illustration, Colorful Queen.

This illustration was drawn by hand.  I found the fabric swatch online (I can't remember what site I saw it on), and added the colors through Illustrator and Photoshop.  Doing works like this makes me feel happy.  I'm devoting my time to doing one illustration a day.

Thank you, and have a good day.
