Busy

Hello Everyone,

So I’ve been busy! I’ve been commissioned to do the artwork for afghans for my sorority. This was truly a blessing. In addition to being commissioned to do the artwork for afghans, I’ve also been sketching a lot. Not only am I working to put myself out there to get clients for my tech pack services, but I’m also sketching so I can get live fashion illustration work.

I’ve discussed how much fun I’m having drawing on my tablet. I’ve also started working on hairstyle details. Here are a couple that I’ve done.

I usually don’t render evening gowns, but I’ve actually rendered and shared a mermaid gown I rendered. I had so much fun creating this sketch.

I’ve also been recreating some of the looks from the Autumn/Winter fashion shows from Vogue.com. One of the looks I’ve recreated is Schiaparelli’s long sleeve sheath dress.

COVID-19 Illustrations

Hello All,

We are still at home, and I’ve been more creative than ever. I’ve been using Autodesk Sketchbook a lot, and I’m really having fun with it. I’ve also figured out a way to sketch by hand and upload it into the Sketchbook app (I have to erase all of the background and save it as a .png). Anyway, here are the sketches that I created using Autodesk Sketchbook.

Using Autodesk Sketchbook

Hello,

Since I’ve been on the holiday break, I’ve been drawing a lot on Autodesk Sketchbook. I’m still trying to get used to the app, but so far, I’m getting the hang of it. I had to watch a video to really get the hang of it. Not only have I gotten better, but I’ve been finishing my illustrations a lot quicker.

Here are a few that I’ve done so far.

This one came out a lot better.

Love how the colors came out on this one.

This was the first one that I started on the app.
